Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Your contribution for room booking supports the maintenance and Seva of the Ashram. We understand that travel plans may change, and the policy below sets out how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled at Shree Kainchi Hanuman Mandir Trust.

1. Cancellation Rules

Refunds on cancellation are calculated based on how far in advance the cancellation request is received before your check-in date:

48 Hours or more before Check-in

of the booking amount will be refunded

50% Refund

Less than 48 Hours before Check-in

the amount will be treated as a donation to the Trust

No Refund

2. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule dates are subject to room availability. Guests must contact the office at least 3 days prior to the original arrival date for any rescheduling request.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through the original payment method (Bank Transfer or UPI). Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
